A refreshing and crunchy salad that combines the flavors of root celery and apple. Perfect as a side dish or a light meal. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 root celery (peeled) - 2 apples (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 0.5 dl walnuts
- 3 tbsp cooking cream (7% fat)
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise (15% fat)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 bunch of lettuce
Instructions
1. Julienne or grate the peeled celery and apples, removing the seeds from the apples. 2. Squeeze lemon juice over the apple slices to prevent browning.
3. In a bowl, mix the low-fat mayonnaise and cooking cream together.
4. Add the dressing to the celery and apple mixture and stir well.
5. Coarsely chop the walnuts and either mix them into the salad or use them as a garnish.
6. Serve the salad on top of the lettuce leaves.
