Delicious elderflower ice pops are incredibly easy to make with just three ingredients. The elderflower blossoms add a beautiful touch of decoration. Preparation Time: 10 minutes + freezing time
Serving Size: 6-8 pops
Ingredients:
- 1 dl elderflower syrup
- 3 dl water
- Elderflower blossoms (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Mix the elderflower syrup and water in a bowl.
2. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
3. Add elderflower blossoms on top of each mold for decoration.
4. Place the ice pop molds in the freezer and let freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
5. Carefully remove the ice pops from the molds and enjoy!
