A delicious and nutritious bread made from various flours, perfect as an accompaniment to meals or as a snack. Preparation Time: 2 hours (including rising time)
Serving Size: Approximately 1 loaf
Ingredients:
- 300 ml water
- 25 g yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g graham flour
- 200 g rye flour
- 100 g barley flour
- 100 g wheat flour
- 50 g butter
Instructions:
1. Warm the water to body temperature and dissolve the yeast in it.
2. Add salt and mix well.
3. Gradually add all the flours to the mixture and stir until smooth.
4. Incorporate the softened butter into the dough and knead until elastic and no longer sticky.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
6. Knead the dough once more and shape it into a loaf.
7. Place the loaf on a baking sheet and let it rise for an additional 30 minutes.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the bread is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before slicing.
