Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 100 g wheat flour
- 50 g graham flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp oil (e.g., olive or canola oil)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips.
2. Boil the potato strips in salted water for about 5 minutes, until slightly softened. Drain well.
3. In a bowl, mix together the wheat flour, graham flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
4. Add the boiled potato strips to the flour mixture and stir to coat them evenly.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated potatoes to the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve immediately with a dip or salad.
