Spicy Sautéed Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:
- 2 bell peppers (any color)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- (Optional: fresh chili to taste)
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
5. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and paprika powder, mixing well.
6. If desired, add fresh chili both to the sauce and the sautéed vegetables.
7. Continue to sauté for a few more minutes until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
8. Serve as is or as a side dish.
