A creamy and smoky pasta dish with tender oysters, perfect for a special occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 1 can smoked oysters (about 150 g)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until soft.
3. Add the smoked oysters to the pan and cook for a moment until heated through.
4. Pour in the cream and stir well. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 2-3 minutes.
5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce. Add reserved cooking water if needed to keep the pasta from being too dry.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
7. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
