Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently fold until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
6. Let the cake cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
