A delicious pasta dish featuring palterohapero, perfect for a quick meal.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti or fusilli)
- 150 g palterohapero (fresh or dried)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 dl cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
3. Cut the palterohapero into small pieces.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté for a moment.
5. Add the palterohapero to the pan and cook until it softens.
6. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix. If the mixture is too dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
9. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
10. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh parsley.
