Ingredients:
- 1 liter fresh chanterelles - 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the chanterelles thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.2. Heat a frying pan and add the chanterelles. Sauté over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until they soften and the moisture evaporates.
3. Transfer the sautéed chanterelles to a bowl and let them cool slightly.
4. In the bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, crushed garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve the dip with vegetable sticks or bread, garnished with fresh parsley.
