Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
