Ingredients:
- 400 g smoked fish
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs hard (about 10 minutes). Cool, peel, and chop them finely.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
3. Stir in the mustard and the chopped eggs into the cream mixture. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Serve the smoked fish with the mustard egg sauce poured over it. Garnish with fresh dill.
