A delightful and creamy spread made with smoked fish, perfect for sandwiches or as a dip for vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked fish (e.g. salmon or whitefish)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dill (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the smoked fish in a bowl.
2. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
3. If using capers, chop them finely and add to the mixture.
4. Serve the spread on bread or as a filling for vegetables.
