- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup cold water

- 4 potatoes
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long, thin strips. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add cold water and stir until smooth.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip the fish fillets into the batter and fry in the oil until golden brown and crispy.
