Ingredients:
- 400 g smoked fish (such as salmon or whitefish)
- 4 eggs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs to your desired doneness (about 8-10 minutes for hard-boiled).
2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the cream to the pan and gently heat it.
4. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan with the cream. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.
5. Season the egg sauce with salt and pepper.
6. Cut the smoked fish into serving pieces and arrange them on plates.
7. Pour the egg sauce over the smoked fish and garnish with fresh dill.
