This delicious and filling chicken pasta is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It's quick and easy to make, and the flavor is heavenly!

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g. penne or fusilli)
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
4. Add the crushed garlic and chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
5. Pour the cream into the skillet and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix all the ingredients well together.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh parsley.
