Sautéed Liver Patties with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:
- ½-1 kg liver (pork or beef)
- 1 egg
- 1-2 dl all-purpose flour
- A pinch of seasoning salt
- A pinch of regular salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- Garlic (to taste)
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the liver and place it in a bowl.
2. Add the egg, flour, seasoning salt, regular salt, and black pepper to the liver mixture. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into patties.
4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté briefly until the garlic is golden brown.
5. Add the liver patties to the pan and cook on both sides until they are beautifully browned and cooked through.
6. Serve immediately, for example, with potatoes or a salad.
