Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 100 ml chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the chicken breast fillets to the pan and cook until golden brown.
4. Stir in the bell pepper, chili, paprika powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
