Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
3. Place 2 slices of prosciutto on top of each cutlet.
4. Add 2-3 sage leaves on top of the prosciutto for each cutlet.
5. Fold the cutlets over so that the prosciutto and sage are inside.
6. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
7. Transfer the cooked cutlets to a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and juicy.
8. Serve immediately, for example with a green salad or potatoes.
