Ingredients:

- 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g prosciutto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Roll out the pizza crust into your desired shape and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
4. Tear the mozzarella cheese into small pieces and arrange it on top of the sauce.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven and top it with prosciutto and fresh basil leaves.
8. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately with red wine.
