Ingredients:
- 400 g green asparagus
- 200 g prosciutto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Citrus Dip:
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Wash and dry the green asparagus. Trim off the woody ends.
3. Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto.
4. Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender yet still crisp.
6. For the citrus dip, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, orange juice, honey, and salt in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
7. Serve the baked asparagus with the citrus dip on the side.
