Delicious and easy-to-make prosciutto eggs baked in a muffin tin. A perfect breakfast to get you into the holiday spirit! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., Parmesan or mozzarella)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
3. Line the bottom and sides of each muffin cup with a slice of prosciutto.
4. Add a little cheese to the bottom of each cup.
5. Carefully crack an egg into each prosciutto cup.
6. Pour a splash of heavy cream on top of the eggs.
7. Season with thyme, salt, and black pepper.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the egg whites are set and the yolk is cooked to your desired doneness.
9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
