Ingredients:
- 200 g mixed salad greens (e.g., iceberg, arugula, and spinach)
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives (black or green)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and drain them well.
2. Peel and slice the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh.
4. Crumble the feta cheese and slice the olives.
5. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
6. To make the dressing, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, but enjoy as soon as possible.
