A delicious and tangy salad dressing perfect for enhancing your salads. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: Approximately 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 100 g tomato paste
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ dl apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 5 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 dl canola oil
- 1 tsp salad seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
2. Combine the bell pepper and all other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mix the ingredients until well blended into a smooth dressing.
4. Serve the salad dressing with your favorite salad.
