- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper (preferably different colors)
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse and dry the spinach, and place it in a large salad bowl.
2. Chop the cucumber, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the salad.
3. Dice the avocado and gently add it to the salad.
4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
