A refreshing salad that combines juicy tomatoes and soft mozzarella cheese. Perfect as a side dish or a light main course.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 200 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them.
2. Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices or cubes.
3. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving platter.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil over the salad.
5. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
