A delicious Swedish dish featuring sautéed potatoes, tender beef, and fried eggs.

Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 400 g beef (e.g., tenderloin)
- 2 onions
- 4 eggs
- 50 g butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and cube the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and sauté in butter until golden brown.
2. Cut the beef into small cubes and sauté in a pan until cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté in the pan until soft and golden brown.
4. Fry the eggs separately to your desired doneness.
5. Serve the potatoes, beef, and onions on a plate. Top with the fried eggs and garnish with fresh parsley.
