Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add the chopped onion. Sauté until the onion is soft.
3. Add the crushed garlic and ground beef. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.
4. Pour the cream into the skillet and stir well. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
