Ingredients:

- 3 dl blood
- 3 dl beer (or milk)
- 0.75 dl rye flour
- 0.5 dl barley flour
- 0.5 dl wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tbsp marjoram
- 1 egg
- 50 g melted butter

Instructions:

1. Pour the blood and beer into a bowl.
2. Add the salt, marjoram, and flours. Mix until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.
3. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
4. Stir in the egg and melted butter until well combined.
5. Heat a frying pan and add butter. Pour in the batter to form pancakes and cook until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve with lingonberry jam or mash.
