Ingredients:

- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g walnuts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse the spinach and dry it well. Place it in a large salad bowl.
2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and add it to the salad.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
4. Cut the red onion into thin rings and add it to the salad.
5. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
6. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan for a few minutes until they are nicely colored. Add them to the salad.
7. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious salad!
