A delicious and rich chicken sauce perfect for pasta or rice dishes.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken fillet strips
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 can of pineapple chunks
- 6-8 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken fillet strips to the pan and cook until they are fully cooked and have a nice color.
3. Chop the bell pepper and sun-dried tomatoes, then add them to the pan with the chicken and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the sliced mushrooms and pineapple chunks (drained) into the pan. Mix well.
5. Add the cream and stir until the sauce is smooth. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the sauce with your choice of side, such as pasta or rice.
