- Herbs (basil, wild garlic, chives)

Instructions
1. Start by marinating the herbs. In a bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, grated garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Add the milk vetch and let it marinate.2. Preheat the oven to maximum temperature.
3. In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the potato base while the oven is heating.
4. Spread the dough onto a baking tray and shape it into a base.
5. On top of the base, first add the melting cheese, then the marinated herbs, and finally the Parmesan-like cheese.
