Delicious oat cookies that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect for a sweet snack!
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 24 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 dl sugar
- ½ dl cream
- ½ dl syrup
- 1½ dl (approximately 100 g) melted butter
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, cream, syrup, and melted butter until well combined.
3. Add the rolled oats and stir until evenly mixed.
4. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth dough forms.
6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before enjoying.
