A simple and delightful recipe for oatmeal cookies that are both healthy and delicious. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 dl orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 dl rolled oats
- 1.5 dl sugar
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
2. Shape the dough into small mounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Allow the cookies to cool before enjoying.
