A delicious and chewy treat made with oats and hazelnuts. Perfect for a snack or dessert!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl rolled oats
- 0.75 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.75 dl chopped hazelnuts
- 0.75 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl butter (softened)
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, chopped hazelnuts, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
3. Add the softened butter and egg to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
6. Let the cookies cool before serving.
