A delicious treat combining oats and chocolate, perfect for any occasion.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 dl sugar
- 1½ dl milk
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1½ dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, milk, and rapeseed oil.
3. Add the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, and baking powder, and stir until well combined.
4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough.
5. Scoop small balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
