A delicious blend of chocolate and oats, perfect for a sweet treat. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Serving Size: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl oats
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g chocolate (dark or milk)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, and baking powder.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until well combined.
6. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the dough.
7. Pour the dough into a square baking dish and level the surface.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
