A delightful treat made with fluffy egg whites, sugar, and rich milk chocolate. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!

Serving Size: 12 meringues
Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 250 g sugar
- 200 g chopped milk chocolate
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 100°C (212°F).
2. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to whip until the mixture is glossy and firm.
4. Gently fold in the chopped milk chocolate into the meringue mixture.
5. Pipe or spoon the meringue mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 1.5 hours or until the meringues are dry and crisp.
7. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
