These crunchy curd waffles are a delicious and easy snack, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- ~1 dl milk
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100-150 g curd cheese
- ~2.5 dl all-purpose flour

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and curd cheese together until well combined.
2. Add sugar, oil, salt, milk, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
3. Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour into the batter, mixing until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
5. Preheat the waffle iron and cook the batter according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffles are golden brown.
6. Serve the waffles warm, topped with berries or maple syrup.
