- 50 g butter
- 100 ml milk

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until soft (about 15-20 minutes).
2. While the potatoes are cooking, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, and fry them in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
