This delicious creamy chicken pasta is quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 400 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Dice the onion and garlic into small pieces.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Cut the chicken breast into strips and add to the pan. Cook until the chicken is done and has a nice color, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the cream to the pan and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce. Add a little reserved cooking water if the pasta seems dry.
7. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
