Ingredients
- 1 liter milk- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400 ml rice porridge rice (e.g., Risella)
- 400 ml water
Instructions
1. Boil the water in a non-stick pot.2. Add the rice to the boiling water and cook until the water is absorbed by the rice.
3. Pour in the milk and cook slowly with the lid on for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season with salt.
5. Serve with raisin soup or enjoy it plain.
