A delicious and filling lactose-free rice porridge perfect for breakfast or as a snack. Enjoy it plain or topped with berries or sugar.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 4.5 dl water
- 2.25 dl rice for porridge
- 1 liter lactose-free milk
- 1-2 tsp salt (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a saucepan and add the rice for porridge. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until the rice is partially cooked.
2. Add the lactose-free milk and salt to the rice. Stir well.
3. Allow the porridge to simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the rice is soft and the porridge has thickened.
4. Stir the porridge regularly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
5. Serve warm with your choice of toppings, such as berries, cinnamon, or sugar.
