A delicious and luxurious take on traditional rice pudding, perfect for enjoying year-round. This sweet dish is served with fresh figs, orange, almonds, and honey.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl rice
- 5 dl milk
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 fresh figs
- 1 orange
- 1/2 dl almond flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice in cold water.
2. In a pot, heat the milk and add the rice, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar.
3. Allow the pudding to simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the rice is tender and the pudding has thickened.
4. Chop the figs and orange into small pieces.
5. Serve the rice pudding in bowls, garnished with fresh figs, orange pieces, almond flakes, and honey.
