A delicious and nutritious dish that combines fish and wild greens, perfect for celebrations or a light dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g fish (e.g. perch or whitefish)
- 100 g fresh wild greens (e.g. nettles or cow parsley)
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion and sauté it in oil in a pan until soft.
2. Finely chop the wild greens and add them to the pan with the onion. Sauté for a moment.
3. In a bowl, mix together the fish, cream, milk, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the sautéed onions and wild greens to the mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
