Ingredients

- 200 g blanched nettle shoots
- 400 g ground meat (lamb, chicken, or veal)
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml grated cheese

Instructions

1. Finely chop the blanched nettle shoots.
2. Peel and grate the onion.
3. In a bowl, mix the nettle, egg, grated onion, and ground meat. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
4. Form the mixture into patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.
5. Fry the patties in oil in a pan until they are beautifully browned.
6. Once all patties are cooked, return them to the pan. Mix in the cream and mustard, then pour it over the meatballs.
7. Heat until the sauce bubbles. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve immediately.
