- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50 g olives, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the mixed salad greens and drain well. Place them in a large serving bowl.
