Ingredients:
- 2 slices of light Reissumies bread
- 2 patties (e.g., beef or veggie patties)
- 2 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda)
- Lettuce (e.g., romaine or iceberg)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- Ketchup or mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Cook the patties in the pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add cheese slices on top of the patties and cover the pan briefly to melt the cheese.
