Ingredients:
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- Butter
- 0.5 whole grain rye bread (reissumies)
- 1 can of pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 150 g bell pepper
- 0.5 Atria Thin Chicken Fillet
- Cucumber
Instructions:
1. Spread butter on one slice of whole grain rye bread.
2. Slice the bell pepper and cucumber into thin pieces.
3. On the unbuttered slice of bread, layer the lettuce, sliced bell pepper, cucumber, and pineapple.
4. Top with the second slice of buttered bread.
5. Cut the sandwich into desired sizes and serve.
