Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340g) pasta of your choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
