Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves
- 60 ml olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (approx. 2 tbsp chopped)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic slices and chili powder. Sauté until the garlic is golden, being careful not to burn it.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and oil. Toss well and add a little reserved pasta water if needed to keep the pasta from being too dry.
6. Season with salt and mix in the chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
